You can now download Nothing’s first ringtones & wallpapers
There are three ringtones available to download, in an .ogg format, and two wallpapers. You can, of course, use these on your Android smartphone, regardless of which one it is. The download link is included below the article. Do note that the wallpapers are not exactly the highest in resolution, but if you’re happy with an HD+ resolution, you’ll be good to go. The ringtones are quite interesting, though. Two of them are quite similar, the only difference is one is longer than the other. They’re ideal for notifications. The third one can be used as a ringtone, and it’s quite odd, it’s really difficult to explain. These ringtones that are ideal for notifications actually sound like someone is stomping their foot on the ground really fast. That may not be the best description, but that’s what came to mind first when I heard those two ringtones.
The Nothing Launcher is available in a beta form, but only for specific devices
Now, if you’d like to know more about the Nothing Launcher, my colleague tried it out, and laid out his thoughts in a hands-on article. You can now get it in beta form from the Google Play Store, but only for some devices. The Nothing Launcher is now limited to the Galaxy S21, and S22 series, in addition to the Pixel 5, and Pixel 6 series smartphones. The company did note that OnePlus smartphones will soon be supported as well. The company’s first smartphone will launch this Summer. That’s something that the company already confirmed. It remains to be seen what design will it employ but it’s possible its glass back will be see-through. That’s the design language of the Nothing ear (1) earbuds, so… chances are we’ll get something a bit different from Nothing in the smartphone department as well.
