Quite recently, some spec information did pop up, but nowhere near as detailed as this time around. So, let’s get down to it, shall we.
The Galaxy Tab A8 2021 specifications tipped, and they’re quite unsurprising
The Galaxy Tab A8 2021 will feature a 10.5-inch TFT WUXGA (1920 x 1200) display, says the source. That will be a 60Hz panel, by the way. The Unisoc T618 SoC will fuel the device. You can expect to get three variants of this tablet. The 3GB RAM variant will arrive with 32GB of storage, while the 4GB RAM model will be available with 64GB and 128GB of internal storage. A 7,040mAh battery will also be included in the package, but charging information is still not available. An 8-megapixel camera will sit on the back of the device, while a 5-megapixel camera will be included on the front. A 3.5mm audio jack will be a part of the package, and the same goes for stereo speakers, and a Type-C USB port. The device will arrive in Gold, Gray, and Silver color options. It will measure 246.7 x 161.8 x 6.9mm (8.7mm including the camera bump).
An LTE variant is also coming
The device will offer Dolby Atmos support, and there will also be an LTE variant, it seems. Most variants will be WiFi only, though, so keep that in mind. In regards to the design, you can see that the device will have rather beefy bezels. All its physical buttons will be located on the right-hand side (portrait mode). The device will have flat edges, and Samsung’s logo will be placed on the back. What’s interesting is that its side bezels (portrait mode) will be considerably thicker than its top and bottom bezels. That makes it look quite odd. At least that’s what the leaked renders reported. This tablet is expected to launch soon, though we still don’t know the exact date.
