The Lenovo Tab Extreme will be a powerful device

This upcoming tablet is notable for a few reasons, and they might actually make it decent competition for the latest iPads and Galaxy Tabs of the world. For starters, this tablet will use the flagship-grade MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. People usually turn away when they see the name MediaTek because of the connotation that it only produces mid-range processes. However, the Dimensity line of processes has been able to deliver some serious power and give Qualcomm a run for its money. Also, the Dimensity 9000 is the company’s most powerful chip.

Moving on to the display, it seems that the Lenovo Tab Extreme will have an extremely Pixel-packed display with a resolution of 3000 x 1876. That’s north of 27% more pixels than what we saw with the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro. It has more pixels lengthwise than P12 Pro, but it has fewer pixels height-wise. We’ll just have to see how that looks. As for the software, it appears that the Lenovo Tab Extreme will ship with Android 13 out of the box. This will make it the first tablet to ship with this software out of the box. That is, however, if there aren’t any other tablets launched before it. Chances are that the next Galaxy tablets will launch with Android 13. We also can’t forget about the Google Pixel Tablet that’s expected to come next May. When this tablet does come, it seems like it will be a contender for best tablet of the year next year.  It will be interesting to see the competition that will arise and to see if Samsung or Apple will need to worry about this tablet.
