The Galaxy Z Flip 3 looks more refined than its predecessor
The Galaxy Z Flip 3 sports a sleeker design than its predecessor, though that’s up for discussion. The phone offers a two-tone design, and a considerably larger secondary display. The phone features a 6.7-inch fullHD+ (2640 x 1080, 425 ppi) Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex display. That’s a mouthful, but that’s the name Samsung went for. That is a foldable display, by the way, the phone’s main panel.

The secondary display is placed on the back of the device, next to its dual camera setup. That panel features a 1.9-inch 512 x 260 AMOLED display (303 ppi). The phone is fueled by a high-end Snapdragon SoC, the Snapdragon 888. That is one of two most powerful SoCs from Qualcomm. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 features 8GB of RAM, while it comes in 128GB and 256GB storage variants (UFS 3.1). It has one nano SIM card slot, while an eSIM is also included here. So, you can technically get a dual SIM setup, if you want.
The phone has two cameras on the back, and one on the front
There are two cameras on the back, and one on the front. A 12-megapixel main camera (OIS, f/1.8 aperture, 1.4um pixel size, Dual Pixel) is partnered with a 12-megapixel ultrawide shooter (1.12um pixel size, f/2.2 aperture). On the front, you’ll find a 10-megapixel unit (f/2.4 aperture, 1.22um pixel size). That camera is visible, it’s centered at the top of the display, so you’re getting a punch hole design here. A 3,300mAh battery is also a part of the package. It does support fast wired charging, and wireless charging. 15W wired charging is offered, and 10W wireless charging. The phone also supports 4.5W reverse wireless charging. A fingerprint scanner is also here, though it’s placed on the right-hand side. The phone does support face recognition via its front-facing camera. You’ll find stereo speakers on the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Dolby Atmos support is also included in the package.
