This partnership with Best Buy isn’t limited to just smartphones. You can also opt for in-store pickup for other product categories such as wearables, laptops, tablets, and TVs. As long as a Best Buy store has the product, you can pick it up at that store after placing the order on Samsung.com. No more waiting for the delivery. Make sure to select in-store pickup and confirm the store location during checkout. Of course, if a Best Buy store has a product in stock, then it is most likely selling that product. So you can always visit the store, see the product in person, and check out with it. But as said before, buying a Samsung device directly from the company gives you a better deal than most third-party retailers. For example, the Korean firm is currently offering up to $900 in trade-in credit if you upgrade from the Galaxy Z Flip 3 to Galaxy Z Flip 4. This essentially gives you a 256GB Galaxy Z Flip 4 at just $100. That’s thanks to another Samsung perk where you get free storage upgrade if you pre-order the base variant.

Some Galaxy products are always exclusive to the Samsung store

Despite these kinds of partnerships, Samsung always keeps some products exclusive to its online store. Well, not the whole product but certain color and storage variants of it. For example, the 1TB Galaxy Z Fold 4 isn’t available elsewhere. The Galaxy Z Flip 4 Bespoke Edition either. If you want either of these products, you must order from Samsung.com and wait for the delivery. That’s a trade-off you’ll have to make for these exclusive devices. Nonetheless, it’s nice that Samsung is facilitating same-day in-store pickups for purchases from its online store. It remains to be seen whether this partnership with Best Buy will last long or if the company is only offering this convenience for a limited time as it prepares to open the sales of its Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 foldables. The new foldables go on sale on August 26.
