Samsung will offer the Galaxy Z Fold 4 in Phantom Black, Graygreen and Beige. A bit more subdued colors compared to previous years. The Phantom Black color is a matte black finish, a lot like the Galaxy S22 series that was announced earlier this year. And the frame matches the color of the phone. While the beige is a lighter color, and actually looks quite nice, the frame is a bit darker than the back of the phone. And finally the Graygreen is exactly what it sounds like. It’s gray and green, almost like a slate blue color, at least in the photos.

Surprisingly, the Fold 4 colors do not match Samsung’s other products

In the past, Samsung has stuck with the same color for all of the products released around the same time. But that’s not the case with the Galaxy Z Fold 4 this year. As the Galaxy Watch 5 (and Watch 5 Pro) as well as the Galaxy Buds2 Pro are not available in these colors. Instead, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro are available in White, Graphite and Bora Purple. While the Galaxy Watch 5 series will be available in the Bespoke Studio on Samsung’s website, giving you tons of different options for colors and styles. Either way, the colors on the Galaxy Z Fold 4 are a bit more tame this year, and that’s likely because companies feel that “pro” devices don’t need the flashy colors. And the Galaxy Z Fold 4 is clearly marketed as a pro device. Though, we’ll probably see some new colors released in the Spring.
